Carole is a Business Consultant with responsibility for IT. Originally from the UK, Carole has over 15 years experience in IT roles in blue chip companies IBM, Sears and one of the leading Venture Capital organisations in Europe. Her role with the VC, at senior management level incorporated all aspects of IT within a company, all operational aspects to developing and implementing the IT strategy to meet business goals. Having worked for high profile, successful organisations at management level rather than as a technician means that she has developed both business and systems analysis skills. Her focus with clients is on solving business issues utilising IT and developing business strategies aligned to the achievement of entrepreneurs' goals and objectives.
